The POCUS Preceptor™ is a company dedicated to filling a nation-wide gap in hands-on point-of-care ultrasound training for clinicians. Our approach is unique and focused directly on assisting the learner in probe maneuvering, image adjustment and other crucial skills. Anyone can watch a video, lecture, or read an ultrasound book. We teach you the skills to help you gain confidence in obtaining POCUS images that you can interpret. As part of our training we utilize novel bedside teaching approaches. These include curated pre-reading “asynchronous” curriculum from reputable (and free) peer-reviewed sources, and extensive pathological bedside reference images and anatomical schematics. Our proprietary case-based learning modules present realistic cases and challenge the learner to think critically while simultaneously solidifying their newly honed image acquisition skills. We are sure you will leave inspired, confident and ready to scan your next patient.

We teach a broad spectrum of clinical ultrasound applications tailored to:

Family Medicine

And more…

After evaluating the needs of the individual provider or group we can tailor the curriculum to what you want.
